Appeal by plaintiff from an order overruling its demurrers to the separate answers of two of the defendants.

The action is against the defendant bank, as principal, and its sureties upon its bond as a depositary of county funds. The material allegations of the complaint may be summarized as follows: That the plaintiff (that is, the board of county commissioners of Hennepin county), on May 23, 1892, duly designated the defendant bank a depositary of the funds of the county, pursuant to the statute;2 that the defendant agreed, among other things, to pay interest on all such funds deposited with…
