Defendant-respondent was charged with two counts of aggravated oral sexual battery, in violation of La. R.S. 14:43.4, and found guilty on each count of oral sexual battery, in violation of La. R.S. 14:43.3, *499over his objection to the trial court’s list of responsive verdicts. The charges stemmed from respondent’s sexual misconduct with two 10-year-old boys in the spring and summer of 1998. Respondent was 16 years old at the time but subject to prosecution as an adult under the provisions of La.Ch.C. art. 305(B)(2), which permits the state to file a bill of information in the district court for…
