This is an original action in this court brought by Burnett Hauert Lumber Company and its insurance carrier, hereafter referred to as petitioners, to obtain a review of an award entered by the State Industrial Commission under date of September 13, 1938, in favor of Harvey Thompson, hereafter referred to as respondent.
