GOODWYN, Justice.

Appeal from decree overruling demurrer to bill in equity seeking a partnership settlement.

The allegations of the bill material to the questions presented on this appeal are as follows: That in February, 1946, complainant and respondents “entered into a partnership for the purpose of conducting and carrying on the business of selling and hauling fertilizer, seed, feeds, cement blocks, and slag”; that the partnership name was “Mrs. G.
