¶ 1. This appeal stems from the Oktib-beha County Circuit Court’s August 24, 2011 summary denial of Joe S. Cane’s motion for post-conviction relief (PCR).1 On February 1, 2010, Cane pled guilty to Count I, sexual battery (oral sex), and Count III, exploitation of a child (possessing a photograph actually depicting a child engaging in sexually-explicit conduct).
