Miss Amelia Fort, the appellant and sister of Arthur Fort, in her capacity as executrix and trustee under the will of Arthur Fort filed her complaint against Mrs. Martha Fort, the appellee and widow of Arthur Fort, individually and in her capacity as co-executrix and co-trustee under the will of Arthur Fort.
