OPINION

SIMMS, Judge:

Charles Dale Coslow and Jo Ann Cos-low, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as defendants, were charged, tried by jury, and convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, for the offense of Knowingly Concealing Stolen Property; Charles Dale Coslow was convicted of the offense of Knowingly Concealing Stolen Property, After Former Conviction of a Felony. His punishment was fixed at a term of nine (9) years in the state penitentiary, and the defendant, Jo Ann Coslow, was sentenced to a term of three (3) years in the state penitentiary, from which…
