*447Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Ann M. Donnelly, J.), rendered September 12, 2011, convicting defendant, after a nonjury trial, of two counts of attempted assault in the third degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 45 days, affirmed.
