A. M. Lewis, administrator of the estate of J. E. Lewis, deceased, was cited for settlement before the court of' ordinary of Bryan County, and judgment was rendered requiring him to make final settlement with the heirs. Without appealing in the time required by law, the administrator filed a motion to set aside the judgment, which motion was overruled. An appeal was taken to the superior court; and this court affirmed the judgment of the superior court dismissing the appeal. Lewis v. Grovas, ante, 624.
