Plaintiff minor Mary Doe (“Mary”), by and through her parents, brought this case against the defendants, alleging that during the 2009-2010 school year, defendant William S. Howard (“Howard”), a Hopkinton teacher, sexually molested Mary, an eleven-year-old student.
