This appeal concerns worker’s compensation benefits for a heart attack injury.

Mrs. Rosa W. Wooley filed suit against the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Health and Human Resources, to recover worker’s compensation benefits. The trial court found that plaintiffs myocardial infarction was not work-related and thus, she was not eligible for worker’s compensation benefits.
