*664 This attorney-disqualification dispute comes to us for the second time without any intervening change in the controlling law or newly discovered facts. In the first go-round, we held that the trial court improperly applied the presumption-based standard in In re American Home Products Corp. 1 to disqualify plaintiffs' counsel. In re RSR Corp. , 475 S.W.3d 775 , 782 (Tex. 2015).
