This is a motion made by the plaintiff herein for an order to vacate an ex parte order made by a justice of the City Court staying all proceedings on the part of the plaintiff towards the enforcement of a judgment obtained in his favor against the defendant by default, and also suspending the operation of two orders hereinafter referred to.
