This is an appeal from a. verdict against the railroad company for damages for personal injuries received by Mrs. Laura Hudson in a collision between a railroad passenger train and an automobile which occurred at Main street in Louisville, Miss., on a public highway crossing within the corporate limits thereof. We shall not go into a detailed statement of the facts in this case. No complaint is made by the appellant as to the size of the verdict nor as to the injuries received by Mrs. Hudson.
