Plaintiff Christina Crossman brings this action pursuant to the Social Security Act (“the Act”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3), seeking review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying her application for disability benefits. Ms. Crossman claims that the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) was not supported by substantial evidence and was contrary to the applicable legal standards. See generally PL’s Mem.
