This is an action at law brought by Mrs. Olive Register Paulk and Mrs. Fannie Register Futch in their own behalf and that of others like situated, against W. R. Smith and C. F. DeYane, residents of Berrien County, to recover two sevenths of $2000, together with interest, due to the plaintiffs as stiprxlated in the will of their father; praying that such judgment be a special lien on all the property of said defendants.
