MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LEVIN, United States Magistrate Judge.

This matter is before the court on Defendant’s motion to enforce the settlement agreement. For the reasons set forth below, the court grants Defendant’s motion.

BACKGROUND

On September 5, 1996, Plaintiff, a teacher formerly employed by Defendant, filed this action against Defendant claiming that Defendant violated the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 630(b) et seq.
