Plaintiff in error, Albert A. Curry, seeks to reverse the decree of the circuit court of Morgan county entered on a cross-bill of the defendant in error, Manuel Darush, praying that a certain proceeding for the redemption of the property involved in this case, from a judgment theretofore entered against it, and sale thereof, be set aside as a cloud upon the cross-complainant’s title. The cross-bill was filed to a petition for writ of possession filed by plaintiff in error, seeking possession under a sheriff’s deed executed and delivered to him.
