Affirming-in part and reversing- in part.

This is an appeal by May M. Hunt, as the adminis-tratrix of the estate of Harry Flimin, from a judgment in favor of Violet Michael Flimin against his estate for the sum of $2,600 and interest from date of suit on January 13, 1933, and costs.

The facts as shown by the record are that Violet Michael and Harry Flimin were in 1929 married in Pa-ducah, Ky., shortly after which they moved to Muncie, Ind., where Harry Flimin opened up a car-wrecking business under the style of “Bear Cat Auto Parts Co.” It further appears that…
