This medical malpractice action presents the issue of whether the Patient’s Compensation Fund (PCF) can be bound by summary judgment rendered solely against a defendant physician in the underlying malpractice proceeding on the issue of causation. Plaintiffs, Majdi Khammash and his wife and children, filed the instant suit against various defendants, including Dr. Gray Barrow.
