Appeal from Jasper Circuit Court. — Hon. M. G. McGregor, Judge. The indictment, which is drawn under section 1298, Revised Statutes, is sufficient. It charges that the burglary was committed in a depot building of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company in Jasper county. The ownership of the property burglarized, as well as that of the property stolen, are correctly pleaded.
