On April 13, 2016, the Magistrate Judge filed a Recommendation in this case. (Doc. # 28.) Defendant Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (“Guardian”) filed Objections (Doc. # 29), in which Defendant Eric M. Nation (“Nation”) joined (Doc. #30).
