MEMORANDUM

URBOM, Chief Judge.

Dorothy Schultz seeks injunctive relief from termination of her teaching contract with the School District of Dorchester, a Class III public school district.

Jurisdiction is founded upon 28 U.S.C. § 1343 and the claim is pleaded under the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985.

The plaintiff was employed for the school year 1972-1973 as a media specialist or librarian and counselor at a Class III school district in Dorchester, Nebraska. On March 20, 1973, the board of education of the school district caused the plaintiff to be sent a letter, notifying her that…
