¶ 1. In these consolidated property tax appeals, we consider the listed value of taxpayers’ property as of April 1, 2002 and April 1, 2005. In the first appeal, taxpayers challenge the superior court’s decision to list their property at $1,329,000 as of April 1, 2002. In the second appeal, the Town challenges the state appraiser’s decision to list taxpayers’ property at $848,500 as of April 1, 2005.
