*576Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the County Court, Nassau County (Honorof, J.), imposed August 24, 2004, upon his conviction of manslaughter in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, the sentence being lVs to 4 years as a youthful offender.

Ordered that the sentence is affirmed, and the matter is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5).
