On this date, the Court considered the final administrative decision of the Commissioner of Social Security regarding the denial of Ms. Kimberly D. Baty’s claim for Social Security Disability Insurance (“SSDI”) and Supplemental Security In come (“SSI”) under the Social Security Act.
