In this case appellee sued appellant, alleging that he purchased from the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company, at its office in Oklahoma City, Okl., a railroad ticket entitling him to transportation for himself and his baggage from that point to Dallas, Tex., and that appellant, Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company of Texas, is a connecting line of said initial carrier and as such received said baggage from the initial line and failed to deliver same to appellee.
