This is an appeal from the award of the full Industrial Board of Indiana, by a majority of its members, entered on the 7th day of March, 1934, against appellant, in a proceeding brought by the appellee for compensation under the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, on account of injuries received on' the 24th day bf March, 1933, in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment, against' the appellant, the school city of Hammond, and the city of Hammond.
