Fox, Judge:

On the 28th day of August, 1943, Weldon M. Harloe instituted his suit for divorce against Edith Peck Harloe, in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, and in his bill prayed for an absolute divorce, and the custody of the children of the marriage sought to be dissolved. Defendant, Edith Peck Harloe, appeared in said suit and filed her answer, and such proceedings were had in the cause as that on December 22, 1943, a decree was entered awarding to plaintiff an absolute divorce, and the care and custody of the four infant children of the marriage, until the further order of the court,…
