■ The appellant Anna Bell Jackson, styling her-self as_next friend of Robert M. Kash, an infant, filed this suit against Eldon S. Dummit as his statutory guard ian and individually, the surety on his bond and certain other parties, charging a dissipation of the ward’s éstate and other derelictions in duty, principally to the effect that the guardian had made improvident loans for his own advantage to the other defendants, and that the bank, as depository of the funds, was charged with negligence and a failure to protect the funds of the…
