This is an appeal by an uninsured employer from an award of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensátion Commission.

In an opinion filed June 11,1980, an administrative law judge held that appellee Atha Lee Kirker sustained an accidental injury on January 26, 1979. The law judge held that appellee was temporarily totally disabled through May 25,1979, and had sustained a permanent partial disability of at least 10% to the body as a whole.
