Leline Wailes sued Hy-Vee, Inc., and Derek Webb d/b/a Webb Snow Removal after Wailes slipped and fell in the parking lot of a Hy-Vee store on a snowy day. Hy-Vee had contracted with Webb to perform snow removal services at the premises. The jury found the defendants not at fault, and the district court entered judgment on the verdict.
