Plaintiff-Appellant Linda Williamson (“Williamson”) filed this action on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated, seeking interest on benefits she received under an Accidental Death and Dismemberment (“ADD”) insurance policy issued by Defendant-Appellee Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company (“Hartford”).
