delivered the opinion of the court.

This interlocutory appeal is prosecuted by seven defendants from an order of the circuit court of Cook county, entered July 13, 1934, granting a temporary injunction against them and five others, based upon the allegations of complainants’ verified bill, filed July 10, 1934. In the order, after reciting that the cause came on to be heard upon complainants’ motion and upon notice to the 12 defendants and they being present in court or represented by counsel, and upon arguments being had, etc., it is adjudged and decreed that…
