Brooks Robertson sued the Mc-Ton Oil Company and the Burk Burnett-Mann Oil Company, to recover the value of material furnished and labor performed for the defendants, it was alleged, in the operation of an oil well, and also to foreclose a laborer’s and materialman’s lien. The trial was before the court, and resulted, in judgment for the plaintiff against the defendants jointly and severally and for foreclosure of the alleged lien. The Burk Burnett-Mann Oil Company appeals.
