STATEMENT OF THE CASE

NEAL, Judge.

Defendant-appellants, Verne Richardson (Richardson) and (Glenna Williams Wininger (Wininger), were convicted by the Daviess Cireuit Court of two counts of conspiracy to utter a forged instrument. From sentences of imprisonment and fines, they appeal.

We reverse.

STATEMENT OF THE FACTS
