OPINION

HALL, Justice.

Henry Tubb brought this action against Jack Handorf, Carter-Gragg Oil Company, a partnership, and Oscar Lee Gragg, for personal injury damages. He appeals from a judgment sustaining the pleas of privilege of all defendants.

Appellant’s controverting plea alleged that, in the county of suit, Handorf committed many negligent acts and omissions proximately causing his injuries; that Handorf was an employee of the oil company at the time; and that Gragg and the oil company negligently furnished defective equipment, proximately causing his injuries.
