Cody Management Association, Inc., now petitions this Court for relief from the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362. Cody Management Association, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as “Cody”), seeks this relief in order to terminate the lease of March 30, 1981, between itself and the Debtor of the leasehold property commonly known as the “Cody Block” property.
