DOUMAR, District Judge.

Sun Dun Inc. of Washington, a company engaged in the distribution of soft drinks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, filed this petition pursuant to Fed.R.Crim. Proc. 6(e)(3)(C)(i) for disclosure of certain transcripts of grand jury testimony from the grand jury investigation of the soft drink industry in the Mid-Atlantic region. This petition arises from a civil action filed in another district, Sun Dun Inc. of Washington v. The Coca-Cola Company et al., 740 F.Supp. 381 (D.Md.1990).
