Jatinder P. Sabhlok, defendant and counter-plaintiff, appeals from the entry of a declaratory judgment in favor of his former employer, plaintiff and counter-defendant The Kellogg Company. The district court found, on cross-motions for summary judgment, that the Separation Agreement and Release of Claims Form and the subsequent Amendment thereto unambiguously released and barred the breach of contract and age discrimination claims that Sabhlok threatened to bring against Kellogg.
