These two proceedings are before me on separate petitions for review, filed by the Merchants’ & Miners’ Bank, of Welch, W. Va., the Kermit State Bank, of Kermit, W. Va., J. M. Smith and Mrs. Ereelove Hurst, complaining of an order of the referee expungiñg claims filed therein by them, and on a petition for review, filed by the trustee, complaining of an order allowing a claim, filed by the Louisa National Bank, of Louisa, Ky., and two claims, filed by the Day & Night National Bank of Pikeville, Ky.
