There are but two points urged here against the judgment rendered by the district court. The first of these arises upon rulings of the court in admitting in evidence the sheriff's deed, under which the defendant in error claims title, as, well as the record of the preliminary proceedings upon which the deed was founded.. Both parties claim title to the lot in controversy from the Blue Eapids Town Company.
