Defendant’s motions to controvert the search warrant and to dismiss the indictment are denied.

The defendant made a motion to renew and reargue the motion to controvert the search warrant, that was previously denied, on the basis that new information was ascertained through discovery materials received after the court’s initial decision on this matter.
