This is a bill in equity brought in the Land Court for authority to foreclose a mortgage of certain real estate in accordance with the power of sale contained therein. The defendant trustees (hereinafter referred to as the trustees) are the record owners of the equity of redemption.

The plaintiff alleges that it is about to exercise the power of sale, and does not know whether any person who would be adversely affected thereby is in the military service of the United States within the meaning and scope of the soldiers’ and sailors’ civil relief act of 1940, U. S. C. Title 50, § 532, and prays…
