¶1 Mines Management, Inc., Newhi, Inc., and Montanore Minerals Oorp. (collectively, “MMC”) appeal from the Judgment of the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, Lincoln County, denying their motion for substitution of judge. We affirm, restating the issue on appeal as follows:
