OPINION
DAVIS, Presiding Judge:
T1 Keith Street appeals from his convietion for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI), arguing that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress evidence. We affirm.
BACKGROUND
T2 On the evening of July 17, 2008, a Salt Lake City police officer was working on a foot patrol assignment in Liberty Park. While the officer was on patrol, a woman with children approached him.
