On December 1, 1925, the appellant, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, issued to Dawson W. Williams, husband of the appellee, a certificate of insurance subject to the terms and conditions of a certain group policy, issued on the same date by appellant to the Texas & Pacific Railroad Company for the benefit of certain of its railroad shop employees. This certificate and group policy were kept in full force and effect in favor of the said Williams, who paid premiums thereon monthly until his death on October 4, 1934.
