Estil Lee Trammel appeals his sentence of fifty-seven months of imprisonment imposed following a guilty plea to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and to being a felon in possession of a firearm. On appeal, Trammel claims that the district court erred by increasing his criminal history score by three points under section 4A1.1 of the United States Sentencing Guidelines, based on a two-year conditionally discharged fine in Kentucky state court.
