This is a bill in equity to remove a cloud upon title. The following is a summary of the facts as they are set forth in the bill: In March, 1875, the defendant, John Haggard, was the owner of certain parcels of land in the township of Nelson, Kent county, comprising in all 240 acres, and had the record title thereto. While so the owner, he became indebted to complainant, and also to S. D. Clay, for professional services.
