Plaintiff DynCorp International, LLC (“DynCorp”) filed this pre-award bid protest challenging the U.S. Air Force’s decision to continue with a War Reserve Materiel III (“WRM III”) solicitation after the Air Force had publicly disclosed DynCorp’s proprietary cost and pricing data.
